Re: Myke's Pizza inside of Cider Corps - Mesa
Ya, that cherry was good. Myke's seasonal fruit pizzas usually have such a great balance.

Myke's Pizza inside of Cider Corps - Mesa
We've been taking classes at Mesa Arts Center for the past 2 years and nearly every Wed when class is in session, Lill and I go to Cider Corps / Myke's for lunch.
Our typical order is a Seasonal Salad, a pizza, and a pint each of cider. The salad is a mix of greens and radishes from Steadfast Farm ...

Yes, they are the same group. They also have a BBQ place, more like the Mesa Airport one, down in Queen Creek. I've only been to the Gilbert MexiQ as I've heard mixed reaction on their main BBQ spots.

Re: Canned Tomatoes
I like all the Top Picks of BD, San Merican, Pastene, and Mutti. Pastene has been my choice for 45+ years with the occasional Cento when I run out of Pastene. A couple of 12 packs usually last me between their $35 flat rate shipping deals.

Re: Tucson, AZ
Any recommendations for within walking distance of Club/Hotel Congress? We haven't been in ages but are going down for a show in a couple of weeks, and I don't know what's around or what's good these days. Thanks in advance!
We went for a one-nighter a couple of weeks ago. Had dinner at Charro ...

I've only been to RR once, for cocktails, as a pre-game to Sottise. The cocktails were fab and the dishes we saw go by looked wonderful. This thread reinforces my desire to go there for food and drinks.

Caldwell County MexiQ - DT Gilbert
Finally made it in to this place after having driven by so many times.
Damn, this is good! They are serving straight up barbeque and also Mexican dishes that take advantage of the smoked meats.
My cousin and I opted for one of the sampler plates. It cost about $55 and was more than enough for the ...

Re: Beans!
Thank you! Just ordered the Not-a-Pinto set, which led me to order the Hayden Flour Mills x Masienda Tortilla Flour to make those ridiculously good looking bean tostadas.

Our usual pre-concert routine is a cocktail or two with munchies at Little Rituals.
