GAH!...and I'm just reading this NOW, after plans have been made elsewhere with a co-worker..
There's probably no seating there on the corner...but you could come to the Two Waters Complex which are the two 3-story buildings you'll be able to see from there (Longmore and Osborn to be exact). Anyway, you can park in guest parking right out front between the two big buildings and the Council Chambers...walk through the passageway and you'll see the Roundhouse Cafe...with indoor and outdoor seating...get yourself a drink, and eat in comfortable surroundings!
(Clarification: Two Waters is the name given to the government/administrative complex for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Roundhouse Cafe is our employee cafeteria, which is run by Aramark. It is open to the public, but it's not a foodie adventure...it's typical Aramark stuff. However, they DO make fresh tortillas every morning!

Anyway, it's got a TV-sitting area, and then your basic cafeteria tables and chairs...and you will not feel weird or out of place there even if you're not an Employee or Community Member. Like I said, it's open to the public...)
