I did the grand tour of valley Peruvian a couple of years back and settled on Contigo as a favorite, but still haven't been to Villa Peru since the chef change, and personally speaking, it's well past time to remedy that.

I'm in assuming work doesn't interfere. Also under the condition that any hazing directed my way for trying to do the low-carb/no starch thing isn't held against me at future outings (I'm trying to undo 4 days of Disney- related awful for you food consumption)
