meat grinder, need to borrow

Postby FoodTruckOwner » Sun Sep 09, 2012 11:33 am

Hello, does anybody have a meat grinder I can borrow or use. I need one from 9/12-9/22. In return for the use I can give you some crocodile meat. Yes crocodile meat! I also have python and camel meat to offer. This meat is very expensive and hard to find. I really just need a grinder for that time period and don't want to buy one If you can help call me, Brian 602 410-8115

If you have a Kitchenaid, I have the grinder attachment, but it's not a real heavy duty piece of equipment. If you have significant volume, I don't know that it's going to be that helpful. But you're welcome to it!

Dom, I would like to take you up on your offer to borrow the meat grinder attachment. I'm only doing a couple of pounds at a time so I think it will work fine. When you get a chance, please give me a call at 602 410 8115

Another option is to use your food processor. Best food processor trick I ever learned. Grind all my beef in mine now. PULSE 10-12 times and you have a nice coarse ground meat. 13-15 times and it's more like a fine grind. I have a 12 cup processor that does about 2 lbs at a time.
